Day 1: The Royal Palm Hotel, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
On arrival at Dar es Salaam International Airport on day one of your Tanzania vacation package, you will be met by a representative and transferred by road to The Royal Palm Hotel (formally Sheraton Hotel), your home for the night.

Accommodation:
In double standard rooms with private facilities on a bed and breakfast basis.

Days 2 – 4: Selous Impala Camp, Tanzania
After breakfast you will be transferred to Dar es Salaam Airport on day one of your safari in Tanzania, you will be met by a representative for your transfer by road to Dar Domestic Airport for your scheduled flight to Selous airstrip.

Upon arrival, you will be met by a lodge representative and transferred by road to the camp.
You spend 3 nights at Selous Impala Camp in double tents with en-suite facilities on a full board basis. Your stay will include transfers to and from the airstrip, park fees, taxes, house wine with meals, soft drinks, tea and coffee, and 2 daily activities.

You have the option of enjoying boat trips on the river, game drives or one full day of game viewing with a picnic. Walking safaris are also available to clients staying 2 or more nights.Selous Impala Camp is located on the east banks of the Rufiji River in the Selous Game Reserve.

This is an untouched and uninhabited area and home to the biggest herds of Elephant and many other wildlife. This camp is unfenced allowing animals to roam freely through the camp. Guests are escorted to and from their tents in the evenings by Maasai warriors for complete safety and security.

Accommodation at this camp is in 6 luxury tents set on a high wood decking and boast spectacular views of the river and forest beyond. These tents are beautifully furnished with colonial period furniture and feature a dressing room and en-suite bathroom.

Days 5 – 9: Zanzibar Beach Hotel and Resort, Zanzibar
On day 4 of your holiday in Tanzania, you will be transported to the airstrip to connect with your scheduled flight to Zanzibar Airport. Upon arrival, you will be met for your transfer to the lodge. You will spend your days at Zanzibar Beach Hotel and Resort, situated in the legendary Spice Island of Zanzibar. This exotic paradise offers exceptional scuba diving, snorkelling, fishing and island tours.

Zanzibar Beach Hotel and Resort is located just 45 minutes from the main airport and is carefully constructed around the island’s natural features to blend harmoniously into the beach wilderness.

Rooms at this hotel feature air-conditioning, ceiling fans, mini bar fridges, tea/coffee making facilities and mosquito netting. Accommodation all features en-suite bathrooms with shower, except the honeymoon/executive suite, which features a barrazzo stone bath.

Zanzibar is a haven for water sports lovers. Deep sea and game fishing are available on 15 and 22 foot ski boats. Fishing trips can be arranged through the resort, as well as fishing excursions with the locals on a traditional dhow.

Zanzibar is home to some of the most pristine and sparkling beaches in the world. This white sand, palm fringed, turquoise beaches offers many activities, from relaxing in the sun, bike riding, jogging, to exciting beach games suitable for all tastes. Motorbike hire can also be arranged for trips along the beach.

Scuba diving in the warm waters of the island is also excellent, with great visibility and very few currents. This area is ideal for beginners and experienced divers alike. There are dive training courses and necessary equipment available at the resort. Explore the many top dive sites around the island including the walls of the Mnemba Island Atoll, Leven Bank, Bawe Island and Prison Island.

Day 10: Depart
On day 10 of your holiday in Tanzania, you will be transferred to the airport to connect with your scheduled flight to Dar Domestic Airport. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to Dar International Airport for your outbound flight back home.
